3/2/10 -- BATH, Maine. Maine's District 19 Representative Seth Goodall (D-Richmond) came to Dike Newell Elementary in Bath on Tuesday morning to read to Wanda Brown's 1st grade class. Rep. Goodall read one of his mother's favorite books, "Michael Recycle", by Ellie Bethel. He spoke with the children about the work he's doing at the State House to improve recycling in Maine.
